Do you want to work with administration and recruitment in a service-oriented role? Welcome to the Health, Care and Social Services Administration. We are looking for a structured and committed HR Administrator to join our team at Recruitment Services within the Health, Care and Social Services Administration. Here you will play a central role in the recruitment process and become an important part of our work to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for the administrative aspects of the recruitment process. Responsibilities include:

  • Archiving and filing of recruitment documents.
  • Preparation of statistical data.
  • Support to HR consultants with general recruitment administration.
  • Responsible for the support email – serving as the outward face for Recruitment Services and the administration.
  • Daily contact with managers and employees.
  • Contributing to high service and delivery in the recruitment work together with the team.
  • Focus on professional development through variation and stimulation in the work.
  • Recruitment Services is part of the HR department within the Health, Care and Social Services Administration.
  • Close collaboration with the communications department, competence center, and department heads.
  • Part of your assignment is also to contribute to the development and improvement of the department's work.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has a completed and approved high school education, preferably with an administrative focus. You have experience in recruitment administration, preferably within a politically governed organization.

It is advantageous if you have worked to support 24/7 operations and have experience providing support via phone and email. You need to have previous experience from the health and social care sector and be well acquainted with the recruitment system ReachMee as well as the personnel systems ASTA and WinLas. Furthermore, you are used to working digitally and have the willingness and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and tools. Since the role involves a lot of communication, both written and oral, you need to have very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. It is also an advantage if you have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
